Perfect and worked like a dream.
I have an old Panasonic TV in a spare room. The remote broke so I just got on Amazon and looked up model. Worked perfectly once I put in batteries. No programming even needed. So happy cause remote is the only way to work the tv. Definitely recommend.

Mostly worked fine
Remote worked out of the box with my TV, no programing needed. But some of the bottons don't do what the button is labeled for. I managed to find a button thast accesses all the TV features, so I can control everything fine. But it is a little weird to have to remember what button does what, like accessing the menu.

No instructions required
Fast shipment, bought this for a older Panasonic flat screen that we lost the remote for years ago. Decided to put it to use again, ordered this remote as there were many good comments. When I received it I was a little irritated there were no instructions, because I’ve always had issues with programming these things. Well, threw in some batteries pointed it at the tv and BAMM it worked !! So if you need instructions on how to put the batteries in, don’t buy it ! Really pleased !

Replaced a remote that broke.
This remote works great, and does not need programmed it just needs batteries and it's ready to use. Had one that came with the tv about 5 yrs ago that quit working. The new one seems like a perfect replacement.
