I want to save my bridesmaids bouquet. How many flowers can one pack dry at a time?

If your flattening the flower, depending on how big your box is and how big the flowers are, a good estimate would be about 5-8

This stuff really sticks to the flowers after they are dry. Any advise how to gently remove it without damaging the flowers?

I have been using a tall container so I can keep a lot of the stem so I just hold upside down by the stem and gently shake.
