Nice Dutch Oven
I purchased this for sourdough baking, but it is a very functional item. I’ve used for soups, stews, sauces etc. Enamel interior is nice and clean up is easy. . I haven’t had issues with discoloration or chipping as others described, but I’ve been very careful when storing. I liked the price point since I do not use it often.

Dutch oven pot in red
I already had two other cast iron dutch oven pots. I wanted to get the same color in a smaller size. I came across this particular pot and liked what it had to offer. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it works just as well as my higher end dutch oven pots but for a lot less money. The color is a true red like the picture and the lid and pot is lined well. Dutch oven cooking is great for braising and long hours of cooking. I made braised short ribs with potatoes and tomatoes and it came out amazing. I can’t wait to use it more often. Recommend it if you’re into dutch ovens.
