Liquitex Professional Effects Medium, 237ml (8-oz), Gloss Pouring Medium

Great product! I used this added to my black paint to create the dump and pour technique. It helped to let the cells pop up! I hope this helps :) Remember to only use just a squirt or two, you don't need much.

Leaves a beautiful glossy look to your piece. I lt mixes with paint for pour painting nicely, and it’s definitely, in my opinion, the best medium to use for pour painting. However, for one pour I had to use the entire bottle. Bit pricey so I don’t use it all the time. Definitely the medium to use if you’re selling your art.

I wish I could order this in a larger quantity. It works great for flow painting but i only got 2 8x10 paintings out of it. But it created nice cells in the paint though. I would use this medium more often if it came in a bigger bottle.

My fave medium for my thicker body paints. Great for thinning when I need to do a dot painting.

Used to thin paint that is to thick and it did the job, good quality, a little goes a long way, good to keep on hand in case you need it..

Next time I will buy a bigger bottle since I used it up already. It works great when mixing acrylic paints with this pouring medium. I’m ordering a larger bottle next time. First Dirty Pour I ever made came out with vibrant colors!

I make and sell paintings. I use this as a pouring medium, and haven't switched since. It gets expensive but it's worth it. You'd get more out of the deal by going with the tub, if you plan on making something that's going to need enough. I make fluid paintings with this and another liquidex product. Excellent floertrol and perfect for acrylic pour. Didnt realise how little 250 mls are so i repurchased the 2L for the second time. Problem with delivery it took more than a month but otherwise you get the famohs liquitex quality

Liquitex have a great range of mediums suited to acrylic paint for ultimate effects in your creations but I’m not advanced as some other artists that use it frequently for pouring layers of acrylic, there’s some amazing instagram and YouTube videos of its sheer purpose and range of techniques to achieve certain pouting styles. I advise you practice before final execution for beginners. Where gloves and ensure you use this product In studio environment or workshop, last thing you need is this on you’re carpet, clothes and so on. It’s tough stuff. Tech:Spec - There’s no odour as such which is a positive, the texture liquidity is not too thick yet slithers and holds well in pouring motion. Allows control and enough time to apply in terms of duration of drying/setting and duration of moving and pouring the style you desire can create a range of effects. Can be combined with heavy body acrylic which will thicken the texture slightly so slower pouring in contrast to a thinner liquid pour. You can use Liquitex acrylic paint range. Alternatively you can introduce alternative brands to. I purchased a small amount for minor pouring effects on my work for surrealities. It’s great fun. Look into online episodes as mentioned. Go for it. It’s good quality with a range of mixing and applying options to explore.

Liquitex 5408 für Pouring ist sehr gut geeignet. Habe wenig Verbrauch, ganz gutes Liquitex für tolle Bilder.
