Everything works according to expectations... There are too many pros to write here.... Only 2 cons I could figure out1. Slightly bigger box than air pod or its competitors2. The battery light indicator shows full battery until the day the box dies... It should ideally come down more slowly for a earlier warning of battery dying

I waited a whole week for this product. In excitement . I put it on , the sound was great. The pairing works wonderfully. But the background noise during calls is pretty bad. It drowns out my voice completely. On raising this issue to customer care , they refused to help , were rude to me on the call and weren't interested in helping me out. I am a long standing customer of Amazon , always raving about their customer focus but it's a pity that's no longer the case. Disappointed and Dejected !

The headphones were not working well, they are not fitting the ears and couldn't hear properly. These headphones were gifted to someone in a village and they didn't know that they had to look at the expiry policy on the warranty. Can you kindly provide a gift voucher so that we can buy different set of headphones that will fit properly. I know that Amazon will never fail us!

The product is great with the price tag . Quality is superb.I have iphone, the only challenge is all functions does not work with OS, But I can manage with siri. For andriod this is super special earbuds.

My friend bought it from Germany. It’s truly outstanding in comfort and sound. After a year of hard usage including hard impacts, charging socket sometimes don’t settle inside. Needs adjustment to charge both earbuds.

I read and watched so many reviews of wireless earbuds, to the point of tedium!! At the end of the day I needed earbuds that I could use all day, when out running listening to music and podcasts, to watching online movies and YouTube and for listening in bed to fall asleep. Water and sweat resistance was a must and a good fit with better than average sound quality as I listen to a lot of music. I also had to be sure of no lag on movies and YouTube video. All this without being able to try them first!!! Let's be honest, a lot of reviews are trying to sell you the product, so I'm always a bit sceptical, but you can soon cut through this and get a general feeling if a product is actually any good. These earbuds are, they are very good. They do feel and bit cheap when you first get them in your hand, it's that brittle feeling plastic, but when you put them in to listen, they feel great, super comfy. I walked around a bit with them in, they felt secure, so I decided to try them out in a run. No problems, a 6k run and they stayed in place no problems. Watching on line movies and YouTube you have no lag at all and the sound quality is great. For music they are very good indeed, they're not going to give you the immersive soundstage of the very top products that cost four or five times as much, but they are very good. Crisp highs, good miss and a nice bass, not boomy, just present and well crafted.The button controls work extremely well and have a good feel, not a hard press, just a nice click with enough resistance to avoid accidental pushes and but not so hard you push the earbud into your ear, spot on. You get skip forward/back, volume up/down, answer/end call, your assistant (Google in my case), play and pause, everything you need.Battery life has been excellent, at 50% volume they went just over six hours and recharged in the case in about and hour and a half.I'm delighted and honestly quite surprised. For the money they're excellent, even for more money they'd be excellent.The big test for me is always, if I lost them or something happened to them would I buy them again? Yes, definitely. Let me preface this by saying this is the fourth pair of wireless Bluetooth headphones I've tried in the past few months so I feel like I've had a bit of experience...Just a bit. I can say with absolute certainty that these are well worth the price. I had no idea I could get this kind of sound and battery life from a pair of ear buds in this price range.The sound stage is overall very neutral. They hit at all the right spots for my taste. The mids sound great...you can hear all the little details. Treble errs a little bit on the bright side, but not overly so...Still neutral without being at all muddy. Bass is where the magic happens (for me). I cannot stand headphones that boost the bass, and these definitely keep things in BALANCE. The lows sound solid throughout, but if you have your volume turned up too high you might get some artifacting with the deepest lows. If you're looking for some heavy bass, these are not the earbuds for you.Genre I've found that sound the absolute best - Classic Rock (Queen sounds amazing), Alternative, Classical or Instrumental, and Oldies. They just sound fantastic...rich and clean. Everything you want. Rap sounds decent, but remember the bass isn't going to blow you away. Industrial and Metal sound really good, but the deep lows aren't what I would expect. IDM/Techno/Dubstep is going to sound pretty mellow. I don't listen to country, so I can't say how it sounds....Battery life is exactly what the box claims. After the initial charge I went from 100% to roughly 76% after six hours of almost non-stop use. After three days of testing, I'm getting fairly consistent results. Six hours = About 25% battery used. The case seems to hold a really good charge, too. I charged it once on arrival and it is still showing full after three nights of re-charging the earbuds. Not shabby at all. I'm extremely impressed as they blow the other BT sets I've got out of the water with their longevity. Also...Welcome to 2019....These charge using USB-C. NICE.I've completely abandoned my wired headphones now, and I had just bought a USB-C DAC to use them with my iPad. These are just so much more convenient, and the sound is very much comparable.I love that these automatically connect to the last device they were paired with. That was kind of a shock at first, so just know it happens. Haha. I ended up having to reset my connection because I didn't know and I un-paired using the buttons.Two things to note: There is no volume control on the earbuds, and they don't come with memory foam tips. I will definitely be getting some of those in the near future.

My update is.... In use I've had the right earbud drop the bluetooth link. The left earbud continues to operate solo. I've had to put the Right earbud back in the case and then take it out again. It reconnects and then functions fine.It's frustrating that it happens and if you are not carrying the box I guess your mono until you get back the wherever the box is. Quite disappointing. So not the five star product I thought it was. Shame :-(Original review below:-I bought these to use while running on my treadmill. I've used them a couple of times now and found them to be easy to use. They connected to my bluetooth and reconnected automatically when they were used next time. The sound quality is fine (i'm no expert) volume is ok. comfort is good and they have not come close to falling out while i'm using them. The box they store and charge in is really good. I can't tell you how long the battery lasts but they still show full charge ofter over an hour of use.So for me this is a five star product.

I use this set of TW earbuds for my audiobooks. Does the job.I take it to the gym. Does the job.Compatible with my USB C cables. AwesomeWireless charging. Awesome. I don't even have a wireless charger. used a friend's. it's there when I need it.I charge it about once every other week. that's twice a month.its waterproof they said. haven't tried it but no problems with sweat so far when I'm in the gym. I don't even put in on Max. Two clicks bellow Max volume is good for me. Depends where you are and the environment you are in. I've been on a train, and they sound great still.No touch controls? I don't mind. Pauses with a one click and volume increases with two. Right bud volume up, Left bud volume down.Microphone? the only trade off that mattered for me. Do I use them for calls in a busy environment? nope. Do I use them for calls at my office? yes. house? yes. less busy environments? yes.Fit is great. charge speed is great. what else?I BOUGHT THESE FOR $50 months ago. NUFF SAID.

My husband lost his airpods and he was sad about it for a while. I bought this product for him as a replacement. I am very happy with this purchase which is much cheaper than the previous ones. The buds are little bigger than the Apple ones, but actually they are very lightweight, and it comes with ear-tips in different sizes(S/M/L), very soft&comfortable to wear.Fast paring, and fit the ears well, perfect for using in the gym. The sound quality surprises me as well. Have tried them for several times in cycling and running, the buds like sticking to ears firmly and don’t fall off at all. My husband is happy with his gift. I am thinking about buying another one for myself, then I can enjoy music doing gardening!
