Does the image need to be sent reversed?

For your custom Logo 2" embosser, I just sent them my image (logo) and it came back ready to stamp. I didn't send it reversed. This is a great embosser except you have to hold it in your hand to close. It would be better to have a base which could sit on your desk and then press to emboss.

can the raised seal be in color? Black ink outline?

Only if you go over it with a sharpie .

Pickled socks or pickled stamps store? i see both listings.
