Hello, Every ticket is a winner. The Millionaire Jackpot wins on number 28 the Cash King wins on the crown win all symbol.

How is this packaged? If I have it sent to someone, will the package say fake?

So far based on the recipients to date, I don’t believe so. However on the back of each ticket there is a ton of jib-jab so somewhere in all that verbiage there maybe something in that verbiage but to date, careful....it does work and some people don’t enjoy being spoofed like that.
