Great for button replacement, or when you outgrow your pants
I'm a guy, and I don't feel like sewing. I'll set the pants aside and never remember to dig out a needle and thread. So I use these as a permanent fix any time I lose a button. I also keep them in my briefcase at all times in case I lose a button during the work day.I gained some weight last year and some of my pants got tight, so I was able to pop one of these on and loosen them up. The pants a little harder to zip up and you have to be sure to zip them all the way, or the zipper will slide down. But this isn't a major problem. As long as you're wearing a belt or a long enough shirt, no one can tell there are two buttons on your pants. Some people are confused about how to remove them. There's a spike on the back of the button, and a little metal nub that fits on it, like an ear ring. The metal nub actually has 2 parts, and you must pull them apart to release it. I also find that pulling it apart makes it easier to attach. The downside is the metal nub can dig into your skin. It's not bad if your shirt is tucked in, or you keep your underwear even with the pants. And a couple of these gotten bent to where the spike is at an angle, but they still work. I send them through the washer all the time and haven't lost one yet.

Pretty good for missing khaki buttons . . .
I wear khakis all the time. I buy good brands but over time the buttons always fall off. I have like 4 pairs in my closet that are living without buttons. I can still wear them with a belt but they don't look that great unless they are held together with a button. After researching products like the buttoneer and knowing better than to sew my own buttons on I decided to give these a try. They took about a week to arrive, and they are pretty decent quality. I noticed the other reviewers had trouble getting the backing off. There is a trick to getting the back off of them that is not listed in the very simple useless instructions that are with them. The end of the back slides out a little releasing the button from the pin and you have to aggressevly twist it to get it off. It wasn't too easy but it does give me confidence that my buttons won't come off my pants. I put them on a pair of khakis and they worked great. The pants buttoned right up, however there is a flaw in the design. The back of it petrudes out pretty far, so if your overweight or don't tuck in your shirt the back of it might irritate your skin. It doesn't bother me so much but I wanted to write a review that anyone could relate to. These work great for me and will continue to use them. I do not know how well these would work to add or subtract inches from a pair of pants or jeans.

There when you need them
Absolutely a must have around the house. Particularly now when the buttons that come with slacks are being made of such cheap plastic that they snap on you. Buy a set and put them someplace handy, the day will come when you'll be glad you did.

A must have item for those that are hard on their clothes.
Was loaned one of these by a friend, used it to replace a button that had popped off my jeans. Wore it extensively for a year before the jeans wore through and it popped off and got lost. Borrowed another one for a pair of shorts. I decided to buy a replacement set of my own when I found them on Amazon. Very handy and works better than my lame attempts at sewing on my own buttons. I either break the thread or the buttons themselves break. I'll be keeping a few in my travel kit in case I lose a button while travelling. would be 5+ stars if a couple of them were slightly bigger for the stretched out button holes in my old jeans, but they work well. They even work for the "Thanksgiving Stress" that I put on my pants.

Love'em, Love'em!
Lost 130 ponds, these came in extremely handy, especially since I didn't have to buy new clothes every two weeks. I just popped on a Magic Button and it worked beautifully until I absolutely had to get something new. Used them on dress clothing, jeans, etc., I highly recommend these for anyone losing weight or even gaining, to save money on clothes and for anyone who just quickly needs a button. Keep them in your desk at work, purse, lunchbox, etc., they're more than handy.

Low production maybe? But they were great while they lasted.
For a while, these things kept me out of prison; as a big boy, if I don't have something to change sizes with me, then my pants hit the ground. And, unless I want to go around singing pants on the ground and hoping no one tackles me to said ground, these things or a very uncomfortable stretchy belt were all that were a possibility for me for a while. That was when I was 380 going to 410 lbs. Now, I am 338, and am using this AWESOME belt that has sort of replaced the functionality of these buttons. But it wasnt the button's fault--I just lost them all and they are hard to replace.

Gets the job done....
I love how I can adjust my jeans with these buttons! I can adjust my jeans before I eat & after I eat. It helps eliminate that muffin-top look. It can be a little tricky removing the buttons but you will eventually get the hang of it. The only thing is the little color circles tend to fall off. Not that I really care since my shirts cover the buttons but just an FYI that you might need to use some "Kragle" (KrazyGlue) to keep the little color circles in place.Do I recommend? YES! It gets the job done.

Love These
These are so cute. You need to order the next size up from what your dog actually is because these shrink in the washer and dryer. I have a 15 pound dog. Any doubts at all to size and you should go larger than you think. I'm glad I did. They arrived and absolutely swamped my little dog... but after being washed they must have shrank about 35 percent. But they are cute and they are well made... just don't be afraid to order larger.

Hello!I finally open the package. Fantastic. Easy to click on when needed on a pair of jeans or somewhere else. And the best of all is that they are reusable. We can click them on and un-clicked them if we need them on another garment. There are 8 in the package; I am using one and gave one to three of my male friends. And I still have four ready to be used. I hope to lose another button soon.Good buy!-

Excelente producto
