Right now I am nearing the end of P90X, which has gotten me into the best shape of my life and has helped me eat tremendously better than I had been despite being a skinny guy because of my metabolism. I've only been using these vitamins twice a day for a few days, but I feel more energetic and my workouts have been off the charts, doing more pull-ups/chin-ups than ever before. I truly think this supplements my body with what it craves during my workout. In regards to taste/smell, I really don't mind it at all and some Nature's Way vitamins I've tried have smelled and tasted much worse. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of this product, the price, and the quick delivery by Amazon :)

I bought Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Daily Multivitamin thinking it was just a solid daily supplement to cover my basic nutritional needs. But as I scanned the ingredient list, my eyes widened. Wait a minute… is that… MACA ROOT? L-ARGININE? TRIBULUS? Bro. I came here for vitamins, not for an unofficial blue pill experience. But hey, I’m not complaining—just a little pleasantly surprised. Since taking these, I feel invincible. My energy levels? Sky-high. My focus? Sharper than a samurai sword. My other performance metrics? Let’s just say my girlfriend started asking what I changed in my diet. Are these just regular multivitamins? Or did I accidentally subscribe to an underground male enhancement experiment? Either way, I feel like Zeus, and my morning routine will never be the same. Final Verdict: Covers all your essential vitamins AND sneakily throws in those ingredients? Opti-Men really said “all systems go.” Five stars. Would recommend. Just be ready for… unexpected results. 😏

Must Say I was very impressed with the outcome of how I felt with this vitamin. The multivitamin really kept me going as I never took a multivitamin on the regular and this was my 1st time so I was definitely able to notice the difference in my body as to how I felt and operated throughout the day. But I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED because after taking all of the vitamins I saw a small print at the bottom of the ingredients that said it contained SHELLFISH. I was highly disappointed being that I only consume KOSHER as I thought these were. So Sad that I can't purchase another. And there seems to not be a Kosher brand that has the high quality that this one has.

This multivitamin is amazing. The price for what you get is strangely low in today's market. I purchased this because I didn't want JUST a multivitamin, I wanted something that was going to do more for me than just fill in the gaps in my nutrition. With this supplement you get a large dose of your standard vitamins, botanical extracts, amino acids, a fruit and vegetable phytocomplex, PLUS digestive enzymes which are always great to have. The tablets are pretty average size for a multivitamin, about the size of a long Excedrin tablet. They are very easy on the stomach. The taste isn't the worst, but what do you expect? It's a multivitamin! It's not supposed to taste like candy, and rainbows. it WILL turn your urine green, but who really cares? These multivitamins won't turn you into Superman like many people think when they purchase them. That's the biggest mistake you can make when buying a supplement. It's called a supplement for a reason. If you are deficient in a particular vitamin to begin with, you may notice a difference - but otherwise I just felt better knowing I was doing my body some good. Overall. This is the absolute best bang for your buck you can get, period.

I have done a lot of research on multivitamins, vitamin supplements, powders, etc. I have tried basic multivitamins (such as one a day, centrum, etc) and found that I don't really notice anything versus not taking them. Im sure there is something, but it wasnt significant. Now, this and another vitamin powder I have been usually definitely give noticeable benefits. I went with this brand after reading the reviews, and ingredients, and was suprised for the price of 90 tablets it was so affordable. (its mainly because they reccomend 3 tablets a day) = 1 month. BUT.... i dont take 3 a day. I take 1 a day, in conjunction with a vitamin/mineral powder. Now let me say, this definitely has some good stuff in here. Especially the B vitamins. The first time you go take a leak after taking these you will notice its almost neon green. That is a good thing! Not to mention that this product has many minerals/vitamins that general brands dont come with. And i personally believe that we need more than just the Vitamins, we need minerals and trace elements, many of which are in here. That is why i give this 5* rating.

This is a great multi. I love the way it makes me feel. If you aren't working out a lot, you likely don't need to take 3 a day. I take 2 but you will feel a difference just taking 1. Opti-men is a good way to provide some support to your regular diet and squeezes some extras in there that you wouldn't normally get. It's a great product even for guys who are just looking for a good multi and not trying to bench press their car. Oh, and the Amazon price on 180 tabs is UNBEATABLE! $15.39 when I wrote this and cheaper with subscribe and save. I was buying the 90 tab bottle for about the same price from my supplement supplier.
