Nature Made Multivitamin for Him, Mens Multivitamin, 90 Tablets

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and have been really happy with them. It’s surprisingly hard to find a good men's multivitamin that is completely iron-free, so this is exactly what I was looking for. Have been using this as my primary multi for about 2 years. It’s never given me any sort of issue, stomach/digestive problems etc. Mostly looking for zinc in my multi and this one has a suitable level. Measurable benefits? Not really, but for me it’s all about long term health and supporting an active body.

Very good multivitamin, I get virtually ZERO bad digestion side effects from this multivitamin, this is the only multivitamin that I feel good with and helps me hit my vitamin goals, and that’s incredible because a lot of the other multi vitamins react badly and frankly have WAYY too much multi vitamins, which is excessive and unnecessary because at most you should only have 100-110% dv for each vitamin, and that’s only for the ones where you require a lot, because some could be bad if you get too much, that’s why some don’t even have more than 50-70% dv, some vitamins require a lot, and other require less, it’s about balance, if you have too much, that will cause you to have a bad reaction in your stomach because they can irritate it, that’s exactly how I realized that this was due to some other brands putting WAYY to much of certain vitamins, and that can naturally cause stomach aches, bloating, you just in general feel horrible. Other brands would put like 700-1000% DV on some of the multivitamins, that’s unnecessary, I get that they need to make up for some bioavailability issues, since you don’t completely absorb 100% of it, but the goal of a multivitamin is to be a supplement, it’s meant to complement your diet, it’s more like insurance to make sure that you hit your goals, but food should be your main contributor to the multivitamin goal, not the multivitamins.
