I have taken these for years for my colon. They help keep me regular.

Wow. Ive always slept like absolute garbage. Fell asleep to leg muscle spasms from working out and up every few hours to pee. Magnesium glycinate didnt do anything. I read about these and figured Id try them. I cut them into thirds based on the reviews. I only take a little and I sleep until my alarm! But if my son calls my name I wake up and get up no problem. Whatever voodoo is in these pills Im all in.

Got these for my mom, who had severe leg cramps. Works wonders, she has very few now, they are great for that!

I appreciate that it includes potassium citrate, which is generally considered one of the better-absorbed forms. However, it doesn’t contain potassium chloride, which I prefer along with citrate for its effectiveness. The tablets are a bit large but gentle on my stomach.

I wanted a convenient pill that could give me a few of the minerals I don't get enough of. These doses seemed perfect, but beware that the magnesium is 500 mg and the generally accepted upper limit per day (in supplement form) is 350-500. I have MS and sometimes get really fatigued in a way that involves all my limbs feeling really heavy. I got this feeling about a week in and blamed my MS. I usually only get this way from MS a few times a year, but within a week, it happened three times. At that point, I realized something else was going on and looked up side effects of magnesium supplements and found that, at these levels, it can cause heavy limbs, extreme lethargy, and a drop in blood pressure. I had to lay down each time I had this feeling because my body felt too heavy to stand up. I cut the pills in half and don't get the feeling anymore, but that halves the amount of calcium and potassium , so I'll have to find something else for the long term.
