I recently switched to this brand of omega3 and I am loving it! No fishy burps, no aftertaste. High quality ingredients and added Vit D3. This is so easy to take and digest during my pregnancy.

As a vegetarian, I wanted to make sure I was getting enough omega-3s. After trying other prenatal DHA supplements, these have been by far the best experience. The soft gels are easy to take, there is absolutely NO fishy smell or taste, and they don’t upset my stomach at all. I previously tried the Ritual prenatal omega-3, and unfortunately it smelled very fishy and didn’t sit well with me. If you’re a vegetarian or a mama-to-be with a strong sense of smell during pregnancy, I highly recommend these. It took me a while to find a prenatal DHA that worked for me, and Nordic Naturals has been amazing!
