I absolutely LOVE this pen. I am a wedding officiant and keep this pen in my padfolio for marriage license signings. In just a few weeks of owning this pen, I've received numerous compliments from people who are impressed with it. It writes so smoothly, feels great in your hand, and looks very professional. It's heavy enough to feel valuable and sturdy, but not so heavy that it's awkward. This is a fantastic pen!

Highly recommended if you want to give an elegant and timeless gift, this pen fits the bill. It definitely has the WOW factor when opening the box and seeing the craftsmanship and engraving, and really the whole presentation. I also purchased the set of 4 refills which fit in the box under the pen along with the refill they provide with the pen. The pen itself has a nice weight to it, but not excessively so. I choose the blue and it’s a rich, deep, beautiful color. The writing is very smooth and upon testing the ink dried quickly. In case anyone finds this useful, the pen is 5.5” and the box it comes in approximately 7”L x 2.5”W x 2”H rounding up. Lastly, a huge shout out to their customer service team (“Jul”) for helping me get the package on time since there was supposed to be a delay but they contacted the carrier and it arrived just in time to give the gift since there was a short window for visiting with the recipient of the gift.

A beautiful pen. Will it be mightier than a sword? I don't know yet. The pen has a good weight in the hand and is easy to hold. The ink flows effortlessly onto the paper and doesn't require any pressure at all. The metal feels solid and smooth in the hand. At first the pen seemed short but with the cap pushed securely onto the back the balance is very good.

Bought one for my wife. Tested it out and loved it so much I got a second one for me. The quality of this pen is amazing. No ink smears, sturdy material, and writes smoothly. It fits in your hand well and is not too heavy.

A Solid Performer with Noticeable Trade-Offs When reviewing any pen, it’s essential to consider both the competition and what sets it apart. I’ve used this pen extensively and compared it directly to the Zebra G-450, a $10 gel pen that sets a high bar in terms of ink quality, balance, and reliability. Writing Performance: This pen writes smoothly and has a visually sleek design, but its ink tends to bleed through the paper more than the G-450, especially on standard notebook paper. If you’re writing on both sides of a page, this becomes a noticeable issue and can make your notes look messy. The ink color also leans toward a brown-black, which, while unique, doesn’t provide the crisp contrast you’d get from the G-450’s more true black tone. Build and Comfort: In terms of physical feel, the pen is lightweight without the cap, which is nice for long writing sessions, but the moment you post the cap, it becomes top-heavy, throwing off the balance. That said, compared to the G-450, it does fatigue the hand less over extended use. This makes it a better fit for people who write quickly or take long notes, assuming they can overlook the ink bleed issue. Conclusion: This pen has a place—its smooth writing, lighter grip, and distinct ink tone offer a nice alternative to more rigid, weighty pens. However, for precision, clean double-sided note-taking, and a richer black ink, the Zebra G-450 remains the stronger option. This pen is good—but it’s has some catching up to do.

The Scriveiner ballpoint pen exceeded my expectations. It writes incredibly smoothly, feels well-balanced in the hand, and has a classy, premium look that stands out. What impressed me just as much was the outstanding customer support—responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The combination of quality craftsmanship and excellent service makes this an easy recommendation. Would definitely buy again.

This is a great looking pen. The problem I've had twice now is the lid gets stuck on the pen and it won't come off without damaging it. Very frustrating. So, if you're okay using the pen without being able to recap your pen when you are done writing, this pen is for you. Otherwise, proceeded with caution!!! UPDATE!! Excellent customer service. I love Scriveiner pens. I have purchaced four or so of them. One of them had a defective cap. It would go on so tight that I had to use pliers to get it loose. It damaged the pen cosmetically. I wrote a review explaining the cap defect and I was suprized that Schriveiner pen company reached out to me within a day and offered both a refund and a new pen. I told them I was grateful for the new pen, but no refund was necessary. They issued a refund anyway. It's not often that a company has a fantastic product AND fantastic customer service. I am a Scriveiner for life customer!!

Sehr schönes Schreibgerät. Ich benutze es gerne. Für Menschen mit größeren Händen ist es vielleicht ein bisschen klein geraten. Für mich passt es perfekt. - Die Gravur ist schön und gleichmäßig. Die bei manchen vorkommenden Farbabplatzer habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Hoffentlich bleibt das auch so. - Die Stifte werden in einem Etui, das die beiden voneinander trennt aufbewahrt und transportiert. - Schriftbild ist sehr gut. Kleckert und kratzt nicht. - Schönes Schreibgerät, das seinen Preis hat.
