If you cannot reach a company directly, reach out to Amazon. I also believe all Amazon purchases can be returned now using a local vendor like, Kohls Department Store, if you have those where you live. If all else fails and you are stuck with something you did not order or that is broken, and you CANNOT get ahold of the company who sold it to you, I would maybe dispute the charge to your credit card, with your credit card company. Just be honest with them and they will let you know of it is disputable or not.

Does this help you loose weight?

I am assuming you are asking because it is thick, will it be more filling than normal free-flowing water. And I cannot answer that question. We only purchased it after our son gave us the money for it because he saw a challenge on YouTube that involves in this thick water. You almost cannot swallow this without gagging due to it being so thick. It truly should be left to those who have motility issues when swallowing normal liquids.
