Handy and Mess-Free Honey Dispenser
This honey dispenser is so easy to use and keeps things clean! No more sticky jars or messy spoons. The honey flows smoothly, and it stops without dripping. It’s perfect for tea, toast, or baking. The design is simple but looks great in the kitchen. Very happy with it!

Great design.
This design is perfect for dispensing honey. My husband uses honey every day in his coffee and now I no longer need to wipe off honey from my counter after he pours himself a cup. It is glass and metal. I don’t know what type of metal was used as a magnet doesn’t stick to it, but it certainly “looks and feels” like stainless steel.

It is very unique
What a beautiful little honey pot. It has very nice thick glass. The chrome handled insert is made well and heavy. Well made, all of it. There are many out there that look the same, they are not. Others are chrome over plastic. It works as it says. Looks very nice on my counter. I eat a lot of honey so this works well. I saw it and had to have it. Stocking up on honey too. I bought 3 jars. A very good purchase. Happy with it's beauty and functionality.

Well made
Great, just wish the cap at the bottom was a little easier to deal with but not a big deal

Beware of others that look like it
This item took a long time to choose. There are variation of this product that look the same except in quality and material, so finding the one I wanted took a lot of searching. Some have cheap plastic that cannot be washed in dishwasher, some have acrylic which is better but not as good as glass. Some have chrome plating with unknown material underneath. This item was what I wanted with glass body and stainless steel top. Not cheap, though!I like not having to worry about plastic parts breaking or, worse, plastic dust getting into the content as plastic or its coating wear out.It works well with honey as it prevents messy dripping. Note, though, it is very slow to dispense for heavy honey. So, not for expensive honey. Good for light ones and for syrup. To fill, put the bottom cap, then remove the top handle and fill. It helps to use a funnel. Remove the bottom cap and save it someplace for later filling.Use the handle lever to dispense. Wait after releasing the handle for the last drop to drip, then place it back in the holder. Do this right and even the holder stays clean. This item can also be used for sugar, but that is a bit tricky to fill.I noticed some reviewers who received plastic ones. I think they received the wrong item as all these items look the same. Definitely ask for exchange if wrong.

Seems like a good idea, but it's messy and slow to use.
I thought this would be a great product to use to dispense honey into my tea because it promises to be less messy than the plastic honey bear or other "squirt" bottles. Unfortunately, it's not true, and I'll tell you why.1) When you want to use the honey, there is a little plastic tab at the bottom that you have to take off and remove and then put back on. You have to use the tab, or the honey drips accumulate in the bottom of the glass container. But the tab is always sticky and messy, so you have to touch the tab, which gets your hands sticky and transfers germs back to the unused honey.2) There is a push mechanism that unplugs the bottom of the glass container when you push the lever. However, this mechanism does not make a perfect seal and honey gets around the seal. This has the unfortunate effect of making the honey not run out smoothly or quickly from the hole. It is initially more of a "glop" than a stream. It also causes honey to leak out, necessitating the use of the plastic tab described above in 1.3) Regardless of the leaking issue, I had the idea that I would push the lever and honey would run out. It's just not true. The honey is quite viscous, so it still takes a long while to get going. Waiting for the honey to flow is slower than forcibly squirting honey out of the honey bear dispenser. Therefore, it does not save time and is as messy or more messy than the old way.All in all, this is a nice looking piece of kitchenware, but it is not a good solution. I do have the glass and metal version, and it feels substantial. Normally, I would return it, but I don't have the box anymore (lost in Christmas shuffle), plus it would be a mess to transfer the honey in this container to another one and so on.To summarize, it's messier and slower than what we already have for free, so I do not recommend it. Perhaps it works better for syrup than honey, but I doubt it will seal in syrup well either, plus there's the stupid tab to deal with. Good luck!
