Polyvine 20ml acrylic enamel paint Tan

Just nowhere near as good as proper traditional solvent based enamel paint. I gave it my best shot but ended up wiping and picking it all off. The paint doesn't go on smoothly, but smears and streaks. Trying to build up layers because it's so thin, seemed to exacerbate the whole streaky look. It doesn't have that finish you get from proper enamel paint due to its properties.At least you can easily wipe and scrape this paint off, which, apart from the low odour and ability to clean the brushes under the tap, was about the only pro I could find.As far as I'm concerned this paint is more like regular acrylic paint in properties than it is like an enamel. But it doesn't have the degree of colour pigmenting or viscosity that you get from acrylics. It's also seriously expensive for the tub size. Using it was hard work, and I ended up buying proper enamel paint as I should have done in the first place.It might be useful for certain tasks but I've learned that where you really need enamel paint, you're best off buying solvent based enamel paint.

One Star is being generous to tell the truth.Peeled of two days after use. Not fit for purp and not suitable for touching up baths/sinks as it peeled of after 2 days all in one bit. Since purchased Ron-seal far better and won’t need doing again in long time.

Bought these as they specifically state they're fine for use on ceramic. Took four coats to get good coverage, I followed the instructed drying times between coats but the paint just peeled off as if it was plastidip. The surface was prepared correctly too, with a sanding to provide a key for the paint and I also degreased it prior. Very disappointed in this paint.

Great little pots of enamel paint. I used on wood and on metal with fab results.
