This is a very attractive item and ours arrived well packaged. Unfortunately whilst screwing it onto the wall the slate cracked in two. We contacted the seller who immediately arranged to send a replacement. Fantastic service and it will look great to keep the dog leads etc. by the back door.

This was even better than I expected. It was a gift and the recipient was delighted. Great quality, really sturdy and very stylish. I had seen them before but on wooden blocks. This was so much nicer. Arrived quicker than expected too. Would strongly recommend.

When we removed from packaging there was two pieces broken from the corners as this was the last one in stock and was a present for my niece for her 21st we removed the dog tails and placed them on wood. This ended up costing more but she loves it and that's all that matters
