I’ve been really impressed with the Davines MELU Hair Shield. It’s very lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it feel greasy like some heat protectants can. I use it before blow-drying and styling, and it helps keep my hair feeling soft, smooth, and protected from heat damage. What I love most is that it also helps reduce frizz and makes my hair look healthier and shinier. A little goes a long way, and the scent is light and pleasant without being overpowering. My hair feels stronger and less dry after styling. Overall, it’s a great product if you regularly use heat tools and want something that protects your hair while still keeping it soft, light, and manageable. I would definitely buy it again.

Great heat protectant. It has a “clean baby” smell to it when sprayed, but it doesn’t linger. I gave it four stars because it’s unfortunate the price went up from $30 to $40 now.

I have a very vanilla hair care routine and very average hair. I don’t color it, use shampoo and conditioner from the same company as this product. I blow dry and curl most days. The last time I was getting my biannual hair cut, my hairdresser mentioned a lot of breakage near the crown - it could be one of a million things but I figured I should at least start using a heat protector. My hairdresser recommended this one. I cannot get over how much shinier and healthy looking this has made my hair! Even the next day my hair is passable which has never been the case for me before. Would recommend and will be subscribing for repeat orders.

I’ve been using Davines for years and LOVE their products! Was excited to try this out since I’ve been blow drying my hair regularly lately. The spray pump is absolutely awful and ends up dripping down my hand after a few sprays and the container is constantly lopsided. It feels like an alcohol spray because it evaporates quickly and also the smell is not nearly as lovely as their other products. It smells like Florida Water. I have questioned if this is an authentic Davines product because the look and feel doesn’t seem consistent.

My beloved hair stylist recommended this product, and I use it both when in the sun, and when I use blow-dryer. My hair is significantly healthier and shinier.

my hairdresser uses this. She said you can spray it on a piece of toast and put it in the toaster and it won’t get burnt. Very important to protect your hair.

Perfetto, l’ho utilizzato da subito ed ho notato miglioramenti nella messa in piega che faccio abitualmente. Non unge, non secca, distribuito uniformemente sul capello elimina anche l’effetto Crespo. La prima confezione è arrivata danneggiata ed avendolo comunicato tempestivamente al venditore, mi è stato rispedito in tempi record. Consiglio sia il prodotto che il venditore.
