My mother has been put back on Oxygen recently and changing the hoses from her CPAP to the hose that lets her roam the apartment was too difficult for the both of us. I barely got any sleep at night as she was constantly waking me up for me to switch the tubes so she could use the bathroom. I couldn't find any medical splitter valve so I searched for alternative methods. I saw a review that had used this item for the very same thing I needed it for and decided to try it for myself. Both mom and I love it. It works wonders. She's able to switch easily, without my help. I can sleep at night and she's able to be more free and independent. It's amazing and sad that the medical companies can't produce something like this for the people who need oxygen and use a CPAP. Of course I asked the technician that delivers her portable tanks and checks and fixes the equipment before hand if it would be alright. Once I got the okay from him, I bought this Air Flow Control. Always check with your technician before hand. But it is worth it.

10/9/2023: have been testing for a while, and I LOVE this product! I didn't wanna buy another air pump when I came across these types of valves, and WOW! It works for both my tanks and it's not even loud (excluding air pump). It fits both my tubings and has some pretty strong power! That being said, you do have to adjust it to each sponge filter, one works perfectly fine but when you try to adjust it, the other filter stops. Otherwise, it's a great product! Anyone who has multiple betta tanks or ones with low-flow, I definitely recommend! Will be buying again if I get more tanks!

Good product; it works as it should.

It's a little hard to adjust the air flow. It is metal and plastic so it is durable. The tubes connect well. The design is good but they don't tell you which way to turn the connection to raise or lower the air flow.

Update: A month later I took this down a star. Although it is sturdy it is really a pain to get standard sized aquarium tubing on and now off. I basically had to cut the tubing to get it off the valve. Don't expect to recycle short lengths of tubing as you will be chopping them down more just to remove them. On the plus side it will make for a permanent set up. Original review: I really like that this is metal and not plastic. It is heavier than the plastic ones and seems well made. I have actually set it up to split the airline in two for a hydroponic system. The suction cup tubing holders works well; although, I had to use some thinned corn syrup to get them to really fix themselves to my grow box (glycerin works well for this also). My only complaints are that the connector tubes are a bit large and I had to use some dish soap to lube them up so the tubing would slide onto them. If you go that route just make sure that the soap is on the sides and not near the lumen of the valve and that way the soap won't get in your lines. The other complaint is that the bonus check valve was even thicker than the metal so I just couldn't get the tubes on it (even with soap lube) and I ended up using a spare one I had instead.

Way better than the S*** plastic ones anywhere else offers

Previously used the plastic valve until I stumbled upon this as I was adding another tank. Feels a lot more premium and I wouldn’t need to buy another air pump for my second tank.

Works perfectly. I was getting frustrated using the cheap plastic ones that simply couldn’t control the airflow but this one - great quality and does exactly as intended.

Should be a 3 but I was able to make the issue work in my favour. This works as it should, however when I had the four lines hooked up and running, it started whistling. I thought it was the pump then realized the end that has the black cap was making the noise. I did end up removing the cap and adding another 2 lines on the end with a splitter and it is quiet now other than bubbling sounds. Thankfully my pump handled the extra load perfectly. . An alternative fix would be to put a bit of airline with a control valve fully closed. Arrived on time and in good condition.

all the vales work and don't seem to have any issues i had it or only 1 month so don't take my word on it

For some reason I assumed that 4-way valve was going to be made of plastic but it is actually metal. I was impressed by the use of quality materials on this product. The 4-way valve works excellently and is super convenient and handy for controlling my air pump output, I really love it. The suction cups are a bit weak and don't seem to want to stay stuck to the glass long term, but I am using them as extra security for keeping my air lines concealed under gravel. Since the gravel gives a lot of weight to hold it down anyway, I'm not too concerned about the suction cups. If I want good ones, I will just order a pack elsewhere. The the back-flow valve doesn't 100% guarantee protection of water back-flow (it works if it's angled just right but if its not, some water drips past.) I recommend that if you're going to rely on the back-flow valve in this set, test it out first (when its NOT connected to your air pump!) to make sure you have it set up in a way that it will actually work. I really only bought this set of tools because of the 4-way control valve and since that's the item that is perfect, I'm rating it a full 5 stars.

These are my sea monkey tanks, I was fed up with mcgyvering my air line to get the flow light enough so these little guys didn't have to live in a spin cycle. Constant blow outs and fluctuating air flow is finally over with this single $13 part. I'll never buy those little plastic pieces of poop again. There's a little rust on one of the knobs but that doesn't bother me. It also made my set up quieter too.
