2023 Newest HP Pavilion Desktop, 12th Gen Intel Core i3-12100 Processor, 32GB RAM, 2TB SSD, 2TB HDD, Intel UHD Graphics 730 Graphics, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Windows 11 Home, Snow White, Bundle with JAWFOAL

I've had this machine for about two weeks now.It arrived well packaged and opening the HP packaging made me think of a giant box of chocolates.Simply gorgeous.First impression of the appearance of the machine itself was it's subtle beauty. A soft, matte charcoal grey with glinting highlights on all of the beveled edges. Stunning yet quietly reflective in appearance.It came with a power adapter, a stylus, a padded sleeve and PRE-LOADED with windows 10 Professional.There was no upgrade serial number to be dealt with, it was ready to go. I appreciated that.Charged it up, turned it on and the first thing I noticed on initial inspection was that there was only a nominal amount of bloatware preinstalled and the majority of that was from Microsoft.All of it was quickly and easily removed.It also came with a registration code for three years of McAffee AV, that is the real deal, not stripped down freeware.It connected to my wifi repeater easily and it gets speeds as fast as if it were connected to the main router in the house. It receives a full strength signal from the garage to the office in the house most of the time. My tablet and phones don't get that good of a signal from the main router, so that says something about this machine's connectivity.I've been putting it through the paces with everything I could think to throw at it.I've installed my graphics software (PSP 2020) and created some large files in high resolution with multiple layers and piles of undo stored, it hasn't slowed a bit. The stylus has proven to be all that I'd hoped for. Though I'm still learning about it, it's done what I hoped for without any difficulty or glitches. Very precise.This machine is FAST and handles heavy multi tasking without bogging down a bit.Working on a large image and having an audio conversion program (HUGE resources hog!) running in the background it still doesn't slow down.Wifi file transfers, often as many as 125-200 mp3 files dragged and dropped at once, from one machine to another have been extremely fast compared to my notebook making a much more efficient workflow.Great machine overall, with only ONE thing I'd change if I could.It could use a second standard USB port. I don't have any USB3 thumb drives and had to buy a small USB3 hub so I could use my wireless mouse and a thumb drive at the same time.

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. The computer is a company purchase that I use for software development. What I don't like:1. Not having separate buttons for left/right click.2. Touch pad is too sensitive, picks up actions with my finger above pad (i.e., causes things that must be fixed).3. Computer needs additional older USB ports.

It performs with sufficient speed for just 16g RAM. It is pleasant to look at and it feels great 👍 the keys and especially the super smooth finger pad. Overall great product. Came brand new just as seller said with nothing missing. Would buy from this seller again.

Everything is exceptional about this

(Review of the first gen HP Spectre so you know what to look for in the next gen versions)Love my HP Spectre in all regards....except two rather important things. Docked one star because:1) the touch pad has an unacceptable delay (about 2 seconds) that updated drivers have not resolved...really annoying. (Mouse works wonderfully)2) the USB-C charging cable a) does not deliver the best performance and b) falls out all the time. This cable is not seated well, does not stay seated (even when on my lap and I'm not moving...simply falls to the floor). I also periodically receive notifications, "for full performance, use a higher-capacity charger". Who ships a charging cable with a new computer that underperforms?Updated 7/21/2020: and now the battery is going...going....gone after 2.5 years. Which I understand might be a long period of time for a battery on this computer. This is the only laptop that I've ever owned that needed a battery replaced. Here's the fun part: I could have avoided $40 at my PC docter's office if I had the special screwdriver (torque? used for auto and car repairs....screwhead shaped like a star) required to take the back off of the laptop to access the battery. I mean, what's wrong with a phillips screw? Or, ship the special screwdriver with the new computer (even my drapery rods come with simple versions of the required tools).Can you tell I totally regret buying this machine?

Hp has created really gem cut finish. Received as shown in images it's the latest with all the configuration. Works awesome. Seller is really great at responding. Shipped laptop beforehand, received on time. Thanks to hp and seller both.

Love the speed, video, graphics and how quiet it is. However, the Bang & Olufsen audio is very weak. In a room with a few folks having a conversation you'll have a difficult time hearing the laptop audio. I understand I can't expect a laptop to contain high-end speakers and amplifier. So why is Bang & Olufsen even necessary? Bottom line, laptop works as advertised and since its new nothing to really negative to report. I recommend this one. BTW, it's truly a beautiful/sharp looking laptop.UPDATE: Web cam projects a purple halo / circle around user. Already going to Warranty or Return. I was skeptical about buying from a 3rd party. Never again...it just proved my intuition. Total bummer.
