They work great, for at least 2mo or so.. still cheaper to swap them out all the time then by a pricey Norcon!
"Noise Free"? Ya right.. for the first month or two of use, then like all other brands/version of these, an electronic component fails (or the ground on the mic jack?] and then they being sounding out a clipping sound... then I just buy a new one, and repeat. I've used over 12 of these in last two years, 3 different labeling, and all of them end up having the same problem. Might last longer in a very low use model, but if you keep it on for 12+ hours a day like my use model, expect them all start failing around 2 months out. In the short term, they are a heck of a lot cheaper than the very nice Norcon systems (used at 76 gas stations... they go for around $1k), but my use model also includes likelyhood of destruction within six months, so not worth buying a nicer solution for my use model. So, works great, for around 2 months... maybe more if you turn it on and off all the time... still worth it, compared to yelling back and forth though a small document hole in the wall at a customers waist level!

Terrible product. Save your money.
This product worked for all of 3 months, and then it just stopped working. In the middle of a conversation with a customer, it just cut out and it was simply an embarrassment. Don't waste your money on this. it was also far too quiet. I had to repeat myself to customers multiple times, but if i turned the volume up any more than halfway, I was then screaming at them. this is a terrible product.

Not working in 2 months
I've had this for 2 months only and it stopped working. Now I can't even return it. Not recommended

The cord wasnt very long and the sound was awful. We returned this item. Found another one that was perfect

PERFECTION
WE WERE QUOTED £4600 TO PUT A VOICE ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM IN TO OUR SURGERY. I THOUGHT THAT WAS OUTRAGEOUS SO LOOKED ON AMAZON AND SAW THESE. PURCHASED 4 AND FITTED THEM WITH ABSOLETE EASE.THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT I PURCHASED ANOTHER 4 "JUST IN CASE. WELL THESE UNITS HAVE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT WHEN I TOLD THE ORIGINAL COMPANY THAT QUOTED THEY ASKED FOR THE LINK SO THAT THEY COULD BUY THEM TOO. BRILLIANT.

Terrible product.
This was intended to be used for a cab control room. Its just plain terrible if I'm honest. I would never recommend or buy it again. The cables far too small. It cuts out a lot. So much noise... We gave up and used a Bluetooth speaker instead.
