Cooktop Cleaner

This works wonders as a cooktop cleaner. It comes in a set of two, and though it took its sweet time arriving, me ain’t complaining. I had this stubborn brown rim on my cooktop thanks to overflowing tea disasters, and this tackled it really well. I applied a small amount directly on the cooktop, let it dry for a bit, then wiped it off with a slightly damp paper towel. A soft steel scrub pad, the kind we use for utensils, works great too without being harsh. The cooktop emerged looking fresh, and clean. Definitely a repeat buy for me.

Love this product for my cooktop! I’ve tried other products such as Weiman, Affresh, etc but I always go back to Bar Keepers. If the stain is really bad, just leave the product on longer and it works.

I use this all the time on my stove. I also use it on the headlights of our 2001 car when they get cloudy. It helps for about 30 days.

This is an amazing product that did not disappoint. Ive used soft scrub to clean grime off my glass top stove for years, and bar keepers friend accomplished the same result using 1/4 of the time , less product, and considerably less elbow grease. Im sold!

I have had this product for about 2 weeks now and so far, this is the best glass stovetop cleaner that I have used. The thing that I have learned with Bar Keepers is the key is letting it dry before wiping in off. With this product, the amount of elbow grease required to get the stovetop clean is greatly reduced or at least for me it has been.

I've used this for two different glass stovetops: electric and induction. For both, it really cuts down on the amount of effort you need to put into cleaning up. I know for really stuck-on gunk you can use like a safety razor to help get it off, but honestly this thing just powers through everything, no need for extreme measures. Pro tip: use a decent microfiber cloth to remove it. You can use any cloth to do the cleaning, but if you use a microfiber cloth at the end, with a little bit of water to make it damp, you get an amazing finish. This is true of any highly reflective surface though, microfiber clothes just tend to be far superior at reducing the amount of streaking you get. Even more pro tip: distilled water can be used to further reduce the rate of streaking.

This stuff really works good. Our sink looks good after a few minutes . Not like new, but better than I could ever get it looking with just a sponge and soap and water. I used this on a few aluminum antiques and it really improved the shine. If you're trying to fully restore something to a mirror shine, this isn't your magic product. It will take something trashed and give it life again though. It does stink so it's probably got some harmful stuff in it. I wear rubber gloves every time . I suggest you do too. I recommend testing this on a small hidden area on different surfaces. There's applications where it might leave swirl marks on something that was already near mirror shined. All in all , it's a good product that I recommend. Canadian Tire puts this stuff on for cheap a couple times a year so if you want to save a few bucks, keep a lookout on their prices.

I purchased based on the reviews, but it has done nothing to remove the white off the cooker top!! Waste of money

Excellent product

This is a sensational product. I always thought my stainless steel gas cooktop was clean but when I used this product to really clean it, it came up like brand new. I used it on my s/s sinks and they sparkle. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting a superior cleaning finish with little to no fuss. 10/10 for me

JUST MOVED INTO A NEW PLACE AND I NOW HAVE A GLASS TOP STOVE... WHEN I FIRST SAW THE TOP OF THE STOVE I THOUGHT DAMN HOW AM I GONNA CLEAN THAT FILTH OFF THERE WITHOUT RUINING IT OR SCRATCHING IT? CAME HERE AND FOUND THIS STUFF AND SUPER HAPPY I DID... WHOEVER LIVED HERE WAS DEFINITELY NOT CLEAN, SO IT TOOK ME 3 ROUNDS OF LETTING IT SIT FOR HALF HOUR EACH TIME AND GIVING IT A LIGHT SCRUB IN BETWEEN.... VOILA....THIS CHIT IS MAGIC LOL... THERE ARE STILL A COUPLE OF LITTLE STAINS THAT I GO AFTER EVERY DAY....THEY SEEM TO BE ALMOST GONE AND TO BE HONEST I DONT THINK THEY WILL EVER NOT BE THERE CAUSE THERE HAD BEEN JUST TOO MUCH BUILD UP... ALL THAT ASIDE, EVEN BEING PICKY WITH CLEANLINESS, IM HAPPY WITH HOW IT IS RIGHT NOW ... I JUST SAVED MYSELF A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY FROM NOT HAVING TO BUY ONE OF THOSE NEW WOODEN BOARDS THAT PEOPLE PUT OVER THEIR GAS/GLASS STOVE TOPS :) I LOVE THE WAY THIS HAS SHINED UP AND CLEANED NOW THANKS TO BAR KEEPERS FRIEND :) YES I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND
