Architect?, third edition: A Candid Guide to the Profession (Mit Press) Paperback – Illustrated, August 9, 2013

The book as a whole is a great read. It may look a little used, but its in excelent conditions.

Bought 4 Intro to ARCH class, author is very knowledgeable & educated in the field and informative of the pros and cons of the architectural field. The author is very articulate, but if you have dreams of becoming an architect.....don't read this book. Most lofty ideas will be squashed in the first couple of chapters, but it is true to reality!

I got this book for school. It arrived on time and undamaged. I've read the first two chapters, one about why you should become an architect, the other about why you shouldn't become an architect. Both were very interesting and informative. It's a good book

This book is amazing. Author doesnt sugar coat anything. Tells it like it is even if you dont want to hear it. So helpful and fun and easy read. Reccommend it to anyone interested in the profession or even if you are just curious.

This book is a good one to get if you are questioning going to school and embarking on a life of being an architect.
