The Repair Shop: Series Three [Region 2]

I am a big fan of this programme. I love the way they restore family heirlooms back to a better condititon so they can be passed on to future generations. I love all of the people who work there and I know they love what they do. To see the items returned to the owners and how happy they are makes this programme great and it has a feel good factor about it. In this throw away society its less for landfill.

This review is for all the Repair Shop DVDs and indeed the programmes. It is so refreshing to watch something that is not money orientated. The programmes show loved, but damaged, possessions that are in need of repair and TLC, you hear the background story behind the item that needs repairing and see a superb crew of craftspeople at work. Brilliant, gentle, uplifting viewing

The expertise and innovation of these repairers is absolutely incredible and the DVDs capture the work and surroundings beautifully . Full marks for the recording . This is something on BBC worth viewing .

Love this Dvd box set, love the repair shop it's my favourite programme and it's nice to catch up with all the episodes that I not seen

such lovely people, like a family, and such lovely stories. so nice to get proper dvd instead of my home recordings.

These DVDs are absolutely fantastic very interesting and a great way to learn new skills and see all old skills done properly
