Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour, 24oz (Pack of 4) - Non GMO, Vegan, Kosher

I have used this brand for years and this rice flour is no exception for their excellent quality. Now that I need gluten free, it's even more important to have good flour for making bread, etc. The texture is fine, it mixes well, is easy to measure and use, and makes a good flour substitute for wheat flour. I will continue to buy this brand.

I love Bob's Red Mill Sticky White Rice flour for Fried Chicken. I use Kroger heavy whipping cream to dip the cut up Chicken breasts, then dredge into the flour, cook in an cast iron skillet, setting timer for 5 minutes & turn over once, twice, & a total of (3) times. The fried chicken is delicious and preparing, dredging, heating Olive Oil, frying is made easy using Large Ziplock Bags‼️

Bob's Red Mill provides another quality product! Rice flour can be ground too fine, making it hard to work into some uses, but this flour is absolutely a perfect balance.

Bob's has the best, quality products. Especially for my family who has food allergies.

Perfect texture for sourdough and having it NOT stick to my banneton

I picked this up to dust the liner of my banneton basket for proofing my sourdough loaves. I initially used plain all-purpose flour, but it would just absorb into the loaf and leave the linen liner sticky. I also saw videos of people dusting their loaves with rice flour prior to scoring, as it stays white on the surface of the bread and doesn’t just absorb into the dough as it steams. You get a nice color contrast when doing decorative scores.

This was a great deal for such a great brand. I use this type in my orange chicken recipe and it makes it extra crispy
