Well think again...while they do offer some biz advice and walk you through all the basic forms in the book (various states tear away sample forms) their major selling point is the big blue starburst seal that reads INSTANT DONWLOAD OF 250+ forms....that's what sold me but that is t what you really get...You are able to download 3 forms only and use them up to 150 times. Anything else they refer you to seamlessdocs to sign up for enterprise business solutions... totally not what I expected... save yourself the hassle and just go the website on the book:Enterprise.com/formnetI am disappointed with the purchase! Specially because the only 3 forms you are able to get still contain a disclaimer watermark (bttm of page) stating the forms were free to you.... totally not professional.

Was very disappointed because I wanted a specific form to download and not only did they not have this very common business form but the kindle version does not allow you to download ANY forms. Waste of money

The book is easy to read. The business forms are easy to understand. Business book isn't boring at all.

Easy to understand and extremely helpful. Really is the Ultimate Book for the business world!

Firstly this is a well laid out and simple to use book. the addition of being able to download the forms is a real time saver and sets it above its main competitors. It covers most of the areas I envision myself needing and many that I do not!However it is important to note that this book is AMERICAN. Therefore all the forms are compliant with AMERICAN law. As this varies from state to state there is a lot of repetition in the book. If you are a UK company you have to have a distinct need for AMERICAN legal forms for this to be a useful book
