Exp date is 12/2018 I could not find a Manufacturing date, but that is not typically info listed. Lot # AAK221 if that helps.

Would anyone recomeend this over gnc's tri flex?

I have never tried tri flex, however, the Move Free Advanced Plus MSM is working very well for me. I am retired and work part time doing inventory in grocery stores which requires stepping up and down on step stools, crawling on my knees (with knee pads), and a lot of walking. My knees have lost some cartilage and the Move Free has helped a lot. Within a week of using it, my knee pain was minimal and with daily use, I find it much easier to do my daily walk after work. Hope this helps!

My new container does not list chondroitin. Is it not included anymore?

They change the ingredients occasionally and you have to look around for the ingredients you want. They used to include MSM but that's mostly gone too.
