North Spore Pink Oyster Mushroom Growing Kit, Organic, Spray & Grow, 4 lbs

I bought a birthday present for my nephew in November, but we only managed to unpack it in January. This means that a) they are convenient to store, and b) nothing happened to them, the product did not spoil (the expiration date is indicated on both packages).I want to note that the pink oyster mushrooms grow faster; we harvested from this box twice. The blue oyster mushrooms grow much slower; they needed much more time to grow, most likely due to the microclimate of the room where we grew them.In terms of taste, with proper preparation, they turned out to be very delicious!I want to thank the manufacturing company; this is a worthy, high-quality, and beautiful product. In the future, we will try their other products for outdoor use. I recommend following the instructions provided by the manufacturer for a more consistent and successful growth result,It's quite simple and easy to understand what to do and how to do it. The price of the product is fully justified.

10/10 doing this again. They were so easy to get going and super tasty. I dry seared mine then added butter, salt, pepper, tiny munch of garlic. Delicious.Updated: 8 days after harvesting my first bloom, my second one came in even stronger. Moving the kit to the garden/shade in the yard to try and get some growing in the ground.We will be ordering more. This was fun and tastyAfter just a short time outside in suboptimal conditions, we got our first bloom. And harvested, cleaned and ate them with steak. I couldn’t be more impressed. They do seem to attract gnats inside, which my wife wasn’t happy about, but that could’ve also been kids leaving doors open

I'm loving the mushroom spray and grow kits. It's amazing to watch how fast the mushrooms grow once they start pinning. They pretty much double in size everyday until it's time to harvest them. I'd say once they start it takes about a week until they are ready to cook. I was amazed how good they taste. Pink Oyster are probably my favorite tasting, but I've grown several varieties all of which are so much better than regular old button mushrooms. It's a neat hobby and if you've never tried wild mushrooms go for it. The block with make mushrooms 3-4 times although the harvest is smaller each time.

I’m wildly excited about having grown some mushrooms because I want to engage in my passion for mushrooms. In my first growth, it looks gorgeous however, behind it all once I was done harvesting it there was a green patch which was caused by a poor cut of that X. It’s very important to make sure there’s no connection between the flaps so that the mycelium growth has some air and doesn’t lock in moisture in the same way that it did for mine. I plan to buy another one and try again to do it right. Aside from that I’m very satisfied with how quickly and how interesting the whole growth process has been. I’m going to keep this old box just to see how it grows even with the Trichoderma mold growing.

Only leaving 1 star because it’s the lowest it’ll let me go. Horrible product, the mushroom block came uncultivated and had mold growing on it in a couple days. I’ve bought these from multiple other companies and never had this experience. Save your money and time and buy from a different company

Worked great, then the box fell apart, but I still loved the mushrooms.

I had big, beautiful pink mushrooms in just a few days. They were delicious! Easy to grow. Price is a bit higher than other brands, so I knocked it down a star.

Grew beautifully. Clear instructions. Delicious outcome. Makes a great gift for any mushroom lover.
