Energy Burst!
The ten day smoothie cleanse is good because it gives you a number of ways to make your smoothies more appealing to your taste buds. Some of the combinations I would have never thought about putting together, until I saw them written and then I tried them and they turned out delicious. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I'll continue making my smoothies because I like the burst of energy I get after each drink.

Be Forewarned! This book is a knock off of JJ Smith's book.
Initially, I was so excited about receiving my book because I had a friend who had told me that she was doing the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse Challenge and it was working for her and that she personally knew of many others who it had also helped. Well I purchased some fruits and vegetables and began juicing. On day three I finally had a chance to read the entire book and found the group I had heard about on Facebook and I realized that it was an open group so I joined. I originally thought you had to be invited so I was waiting on an invite from my friend who had told me about the book and the group. After reading the posting guidelines and FAQs as well as other people's posts and comments I began to realize that something was not matching. They mentioned lots of things that after reading this book several times I realized were not in the book. For example, they referred to chapters and this book did not have any chapters. It also did not mention eggs for example. So I inquired more and we finally figured out, after getting really annoyed by many others group members' suggestions to read the book in its entirety because it addresses everything and was very detailed, which I had already done several times, that I had the wrong book. This book is very vague and basic at best. It only has 72 pages, I believe and those pages mostly consists of the"41 yummy smoothies" it boasts about. It does not tell you or suggest which recipes to follow during the 10 days smoothie which I think the other book does. It does not address symptoms you should expect or provide tips on how to deal with them... and I can just go on and on about how disappointed I was to learn about different important topics I saw mentioned on the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse Group Page on Facebook that was not mentioned anywhere in this book. Jessy Smith captioned towards the end of the book "8 Great Tips for Making Green Smoothies" but actually list 10 with the 10th one advising the following: 10. Follow the ultimate guideline provided in the 10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. Then listed in the book it has the word "Here" underlined. This leads me to believe that he also has this book in electronic form that you can purchase and download. However, after carefully re-reading and reviewing the book written by Jessy Smith I am left with this question, "Uhmmm, what ultimate guideline are you referring to?" Jessie did not include it in his hardcopy book. Perhaps he forgot. Or perhaps he meant to say buy JJ Smith's book and read it there. I don't know... it is a mystery to me. I sacrificed money I really couldn't afford to spend the first time buying this book and in buying a few fruits and vegetables to do this cleanse so I really cannot just afford to purchase the correct book right now. However, I did feel I could warn others potential customers so they do not buy this book instead of JJ Smith's book thinking they are getting the right one. This book is only good, in my opinion for the recipes at most, and I am sure you would much rather get the other book instead of this 72 page book consisting primarily of 41 basic smoothie recipes. JJ Smith's book contains 190 pages. His book has a purple cover and hers has a blue cover with an apple with a measuring tape around it. I hope this information helps prevent someone from making the same mistake I made - purchasing a book that I thought would really guide me as I try the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse challenge only to be disappointed to find I purchased a 41 "Yummy" smoothie recipe book instead.

The Recipes and How to Do the Cleanse!
My wife does not read very much, and the computer is not her favorite, so when I see something that might benefit her I get it. She always is talking about weight loss and cleaning out the lower abdominal system. Her doctor just stressed this as well, telling her a buildup in the colon is very unhealthy. I liked this book because it is very thorough. It contains all of the recipes as advertised. It also includes the information on how to make the cleanse effective with advice on blenders, when to drink the smoothies, how much to drink, and much more. I would recommend this book to anyone trying to lose weight and colon cleanse in a healthy way and a short period of time.

Is this what you really want?
I feel like this was a trick purchase. I was looking for the 10 day Green Smoothie Cleanse by JJ Smith and this came up. This one is just a book of recipes and not the actual book with cleanse instructions, tips, etc. I clicked too fast and because it was an e-book I got stuck with it. Make sure you are sure this is the book you want before you make that purchase.

Way too yummy!
An awesome book to detox and cleanse away! I never had such smoothies like these before because I always thought that they would taste awful. But the smoothies listed here are way too yummy! Even just reading it! Mango Spinach Smoothie and Black and Blue Bomber are just my favorite!
