Lot of reviews about the taste. It's not a soda. Tastes a little like Gatorade before it became the garbage it is now. And I have no idea how it would cause vomiting. It's a tool to rehydrate. Tastes fine and mixes easy. And was one of the cheaper products with the better of the lot ingredient proportions in the price range.

This product taste pretty good. The berry aftertaste is a little strange. I do feel more hydrated after drinking this. The value is great and worth it.

This is a great electrolyte, This is my 4th bottle. Easy to mix and taste good and it's sugar free.

The taste of this product is great (not always the case with zero added sugar products) and it’s a solid value! That being said, it contains more B12 than a product IF you’re using it throughout the day. I live at altitude so I use electrolytes regularly and this one has too much B12. Also, I’ve noticed it doesn’t have nearly enough sodium to be used for the purpose I want.

I formerly used this as hangover prevention remedy and it worked like a charm. After drinking and right before going to bed, drink this and take ibuprofen. You might still be a little tired the next day, but you won’t have those debilitating hangover headaches that keep you in bed with the lights off for half a day. Anyway, I recently quit drinking alcohol all together and kind of forgot about this stuff. When I got back into a fitness routine, I got addicted to drinking pre workout every morning because of the caffeine kick. But then I noticed that the pre workout was making me bloated and causing energy crashes later in the day. I switched to drinking this stuff, Zeal Enhanced Electrolytes, first thing every morning BEFORE one cup of coffee.
