This is a great olive oil. I actually bought my first bottle in Italy and was very surprised when I found it on Amazon.

Yummmmm! Super fresh taste, no issues digesting! Very light and perfect for anything really, salad, meat, pasta...makes it easy to use daily.

Originally I gave a bad review because I have never had a bitter olive oil before. I did some research and found that good olive oils can be bitter! A couple of days after opening the bottle, I tried it again. I don't know if it mellowed, or I have a new attitude toward it, but it tastes better to me. I want to learn how to appreciate a good olive oil, so I will be using it after all! Hopefully I will come back on and give it 5 stars.Original review: After a trip to NY, where I had an amazing olive oil at an Italian resaurant, I researched good olive oil and found Laudemio. Unfortunately, it is so bitter that I am not sure how I can use it. Soooo disappointed!

I love this brand of olive oil. Yes, it’s a little pricey, but I use it for cooking, salads, dipping oil, and it tastes great. Its a splurge I will always make!

This is such a pleasant olive oil, absolutely enhances and elevates food. Definitely worth the extra pounds as it is completely different from a basic standard olive oil.
