I have tried so many brands, and most of the time I had to quit taking Creatine. I always got so bloated, and for some reason none worked for me. A friend recommended Blonyx Creatine HMB+ and honestly, this is the best. I take it every morning and after training in the evening. I could feel in training the benefits right away, and taking it afterwards has been helping me to recover. Many times I mix it with the Blonyx Egg White Protein in the evening as my last meal. I definitely recommend it.

Take this product in the morning and then take it in the evening. Take it for about 2 to 3 weeks. You will never stop taking it again. The strength that you get from taking this product is absolutely phenomenal. I bought this product multiple multiple times and I am hooked.

I've been using this product for just about one month and I really feel like I'm noticing muscle development in areas I have really been struggling with. The only negative about this product is it's taste. I add it to my morning and evening protein shake. I tried adding it to plain water but it is impossible to get down

The taste is not as bad as you would imagine, it dissolves very easy. It’s very easy to mix and the quality is great

The price is a little high

Many say creatine is creatine, but I don't find that to be true. I am not sure if it is the combo with HMB and a high quality creatine or not, but I have had the best results off this product and have reordered (mostly through Blonyx) 7 or 8 times now. I have tried just about every legal supplement out there for building muscle and the only things I feel truly work are creatine and protein. If you are working out hard and are looking to gain strength, or are into an active lifestyle and want to gain some lean muscle then this product will not disappoint.

This product works great. Big pumps, increase in strength. I got better results from using this constantly than SARMS or stand alone pre workout. Highly recommend for building phases.

Instead of combining HMB and Creatine which I loved the thought of, I’ve gone to combining HMB with Vit D3 and buying the biggest value pack of pure Creatine Monohydrate. Take separately. You need more HMB (3000mg daily) than you do Creatine (5mg daily after loading) so this product didn’t make sense for me. Thought the value was just okay. Product has no taste so no big deal there. Just not something I’ll buy again
