Good product and prompt delivery.
Tasty jam, even without added sugar.

Lovely
I recently tried the GOOD GOOD Sweet Raspberry Jam, and it's a delightful treat. The texture is nice and jelly-like, and the sweetness is quite pronounced. However, given my current focus on gut health, the use of sweeteners in this jam doesn't align with my current preferences. While the jam is keto-friendly and low in calories without added sugars, the sweeteners used might not be the best choice for those prioritizing gut health. Nevertheless, I acknowledge that taste preferences and dietary priorities vary, and for someone not currently emphasizing gut health, this jam could be a real winner.

Good for keto
Itโs exactly how other buyers have described it but if youโre looking to have some jam while on keto this would be a good alternative to the regular jam on supermarket shelves. It is a bit runny but it should be expected since stevia is used rather than refined sugar. It does taste like raspberries and isnโt too sweet but again, it is expected since stevia is used. I would be alarmed if it was extremely sweet, meaning thereโs too much artificial sweetener per serving. Itโs good enough to get you past that sweet craving.

Not good good
Mild flavour, dosent taste very rasberry and not tart/sour like raspberrys at all. Too sweet for what I expect from a rasberry jam. And still has a lot of carbs. Disappointing, but still fine to eat.

Very good jam if you are on a low carb diet, thick consistency and pleasant sweet/fruity taste
I have tried a few other jams suitable for a keto diet previously and they were not very sweet or they were too runny. This one however is great, has more of thick jam consistency and has a nice mild fruity flavour. If you are looking for a good low carb substitute, I'd definitely give this a try as its as close as you can get to a full sugar jam.

Not For Me
There are much better brands out there. There didnโt seem to be much fruit. The texture reminded me of the jelly that comes off a cold roast chicken. It was just a pinky purple colour with a soft fruit taste but not at all jammy and not at all fruity.

Yummy 0.2 carbs per tsp
I notice that this advert does not show the correct nutritional value! BIG mistake if you're trying to sell keto diabetic products. Carbs are 23gm , 19gm of that is non insulin response polyols and non digestible stevia. That leaves 4 gm per 100gm!!! So 0.2 carbs in a tsp!!! Taste? Yummy. Someone going from normal jam to this might not like it but someone who hasn't eaten jam in a while will love it. I cannot believe it :-)

disappointing
I was really hopeful for this jam. I was so happy to find a no sugar jam. I'm sorry to say it's quite watery and strained smooth - with no fruit pulp in it. The flavour isn't especially a strong point. Yes it tastes of raspberry, about as rich as a glass of squash. It's made with pectin, which is a cheating way to get a thick consistancy without actually boiling fruit. Maybe I will buy some fresh raspberries and pulp them into the jam to improve it's flavour.
