Excellent Equipment!
This product is made of high quality parts and assembly components. The assembly was easy. They give their contact information at the top of the box to offer any assistance needed. However, my husband didnāt need it. He was very impressed with it.I highly recommend this product. I made 5 batches for bath bombs and had no issues. Some reviews discuss issues with the lever. Well, assessment is that it was probably an assembly error and a phone call was not made.Based on other reviews, I did a little troubleshooting. First of Iāll address crumbly. The only way I could get a ācrumblyā bath bomb was to not press hard enough. My bomb wasnāt completely crumbly just a little crumbly on the edges. It doesnāt take a lot of pressure, but you do need to press down firmly and hold for a moment. I tried holding a little pressure for 5 seconds, 10 seconds, and 20 seconds. It didnāt seem to matter and the 5 seconds worked. Also, I tried to press a couple of times. So, I pulled the lever down once and then pulled the lever down twice. It was fine to do so, but again one time worked fine as long as I pressed firmly and held is for a moment. Secondly, from my experience the only way I could get the bomb to break in half was when I tried to pack the mold before pressing it. You donāt have to pack it. Simply pour or scoop your dry batch in the mold. Now, I did have some discoloration on the first bath bombs. The mold transferred some grayish tint to the bomb. So, I cleaned the mold with a little witch hazel and a cotton pad. Then I didnāt have any more discoloration. It would be nice if the company would include some cleaning instructions and troubleshooting guides. I waited to get this machine because of the mixed reviews. My recommendation is to purchase it and hope you love it like I do!

Absolutely LOVE it BUT..... more presses please!!!! Like for Shower melts
This press works like a charm. Perfect perfect bath bombs every single time. I could not be more pleased. MY only complaint is that I wish they had more molds. I contacted the company but got no reply back to my email and the receptionist was not particularly helpful. I would LOVE them to make a disk shaped version for shower melts. Does anyone know how I could get this done independently from Milliard? I would love to get some direction from other shower melt / bath bomb companies on what to do .... there must be a way to have it make ....Otherwise, I am thrilled with the machine. Solid and perfect bath bombs .... comes with a no fail recipe ..I've modified it a bit with SLSA , some kaolin clay, cream of tartar and it still works great

Broke on its 4th use.
I bought this bath bomb press so I could make bath bombs faster and easier. It was easy to put together and easy to use. However I have only used it 4 times and it broke. The arm locked up and now I cant use it. Not happy as it was an expensive purchase. š”

Ugh!!!
Was excited about getting it yesterday. I was easy to put together....butttt the lever WILL NOT go down. This machine cost to much to not be able to push the lever down. Ive tried WD-40 and it just won't go.

Fantastic but kinda elusive
This is a really awesome device! Very well machined, super sturdy, smooth action, just a really nice engineered and manufactured press. Attaching the support structure to the base was kind of tricky - there's a slight offset to how the screw holes line up, but this creates a stronger structure less likely to shift during operation. The instructions were pretty straightforward and easy to figure out. This is not a very complicated or labor intensive setup. The only reason i don't give this all the stars is it's a unicorn. It's not steadily available to purchase new anywhere, and the options for molds from the manufacturer are limited and also difficult to procure new with any reliability. I'm not a fan of spheres - they present more labeling challenges than flat surfaces for me. If I had found a flat disk or bar mold that was strong enough to work with this press, i never would've returned it. But this thing can produce far more pressure than the two generic 3D printed, Milliard-compatible molds i found could withstand. Would repurchase in a heartbeat if Milliard started offering them with a flat disk or bar mold instead of two spheres and more often than every 4 new moons and a comet

Great press!! Well worth the $$!!
Very impressed with the ease and durability of this machine! We love it! It did take a little practice and a few tries to get it right. Our first batch didn't have enough moisture (we use witch hazel) and they all crumbled the next day. So we had to adjust our recipe and play around with it to get a hard bath bomb. The amount of mix to use is a factor as well. If you use too much mix that is too moist it will not release. We found periodically cleaning the insides of the mold with a little rubbing alcohol helps with this problem. A tutorial video on how to use it would be nice.We also had to use WD40 on the shaft after about 40 bath bombs. It seized up. But just a small amount on the middle shaft and it worked like a charm!! We highly recommend this press!

Great butā¦ā¦
Nice product but missing parts and when I called Millard to make them aware they did not have to missing part in stock. Somewhat disappointed but will make it work. I guess.

It takes patience
At first I hated my bath bomb press. I expected to just be able to press and boom bath bomb well that wasnt exactly the case lol. It took me a while to finally take my time and realize that I needed to change up my normal mixture just a bit and also not hold the press down so long or it splits the bath bomb in half. Once I learned patience and took my time to actually learn the machine well it was so so easy. I absolutely love it now I make 100 time more bath bombs in an hour then I did before. So my advice for anyone purchasing this bath bomb press is 1. Realize that you cant go to a new way to make some thing with out changing the recipe just a little especially bath bombs. 2. Take your time, like all new things this takes practice as well. 3. Once you get it and you will, your gonna love it as much as I do!
