How long before it expires after opening?

Ages, probably longer if left in the fridge. I've left mine in the cupboard after opening and all that's happened is the oil has risen to the top so just needs stirring again. 3 months easy I think but I would be happy to leave longer.

I wish I could have this every day - it’s so GOOD. But it’s also expensive for the amount I have to eat every week. The taste is sublime. It mixes well and spreads easily, and is thick like other organic brands, but Bioma is just so tasty.
