What do you grab on to when pulling it out? No handle?

There is no handle. You put your fingers under the bottom surface of drawer and pull to slide out the drawer. This is pretty simple and it works with no problems for us.

Where do the extra sticky pads used for?

You can use them on both sides of the storage box to increase the friction with the Tesla Center Console and prevent the storage box from sliding around.

Does it fit 2020 Tesla X?

I have the 2020 Tesla S and it fit perfect.
