Bought one, it was amazing. Decided to splurge and get 2 more because it would be great to have on hand. Rancid, horrible. Don't know if something happened during shipping but neither one was edible. Wasted $40. Never again.

Interesting treat
It has great flavor but doesn't taste like ham like I read about. I am enjoying it very much except for the price. I wont be able to buy this very often.

This is better than the ham!
I really was pleased with this Ibérico loin. It was fresh and the quality was great. An excellent intro to Ibérico pork products. Sweeter than the ham (jamón) and less nutty (acorn). I also liked the texture better - it’s a bit firmer and less oily. Closer to a pepperoni. Super yummy. I can’t imagine how it tastes freshly cut right off the leg!
