I got all the colors now needed for my bird and flower class in painting. Just need to get carbon paper and I will be off and painting soon.

This is a really good paint that is easy to do what you want with it. I think it’s the best oil paint because it’s water soluble, so you can clean it easier. I like how it looks and would buy again.

Beware! These paints are not the "Artist" version as stated in the heading of the listing for this product1 They are the "Study" version, which are lower quality.

As a fan of the original Royal Talens Cobra Value Set, this wasn't quite the set I was expecting. The consistency of some the colors were either too sticky or had hardened in the tube, which I can't say I was thrilled about. Also, there was an usual amount of excess oil spilling out of the tubes. However, I was pleasantly surprised with what hues and values I could mix with the provided colors (Looking at you white, magenta, cyan, yellow, and black.) The oils mix nicely and are highly-pigmented.Those looking to get their feet wet with water-miscible oils and want a decent range in color choices - this study set should serve you well. However, I would recommend Cobra's Value Pack (also a set of 10). It's a tad more pricey, but the colors choices and buttery consistency are well worth the extra bucks, in my opinion.

Peinture onctueuse et étonnante

I was introduced to water based oils as an easier to use paint than traditional oils. They don't require turps and so it's much easier to clean up. The colours are good and the paint acts like traditional oils. I'll keep using them.

The paints are good but (this may seem silly) but the threaded caps are difficult to screw on. I sent feedback (a video) to the company. Never received a response.
