Gold Base Waxed Amaryllis Flower Bulb with Stand, No Water Needed

Did not grow. Just spewed some bubbly substance. Had to throw it away. Will not buy agaain.

I bought two bulbs from the same seller. This one, with gold base bloomed almost right away. Beautiful scarlet red color. The other one with pink base, does not even look like it is ever going to bloom. It has leaves on it, but no spikes or buds

I purchased three of these as a Xmas gift. One bloomed wonderfully. The other two did not. Blooms would have been end of January/ February. They appeared as if they would grow a bud but then the buds shriveled up and turned brown on both within days. .When they did not bloom I contacted Amazon. I was told the purchase was past the 30 days which it was. However the packaging on the bulbs stated they were guaranteed to grow which would not happen until after the 30 days. The other the vendor REFUSED to give credit. Will never purchase this type of bulb again nor will I make another purchase from this vendor who does not honor the guarantee. I have been trying to get a refund or replacement for over a month now. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These were a fun choice for a Mother’s Day gift this year. I also received two of my own. The only “work” that they require- you need to pay attention to the direction the flower is leaning. I rotated mine in the window every few days and when it bloomed (less than 2 weeks) it was straight up and beautiful. I would (and will) definitely buy again. I like these most because they are different from your regular bouquet of flowers but also, they last longer and you don’t have to do anything but let them grow and bloom.

It arrived on time, good condition, and well wrapped. It looks so beautiful and is such a unique way to grow this. It has a little metal stand attached which is nice and is barely visible so as not to distract from its beauty. It is actually growing as described with no water or soil. So cool. But it is growing so very slowly that I'm not sure it will blossom before summer. It's also can be grown again once it blossoms by peeling off the wax and planting. I buy again, but well in advance of when I need it.

This bulb never grew. It was overly wet inside the wax and rotted with mold. I paid a lot for this bulb and expected a lot from such a good company. I’ve asked for a replacement but haven’t heard from the seller yet. Don’t buy a water off good money

Great gift with a special surprise bloom. My bloom died and then I had three more blooms, then they died and I have one now. What a wonderful lasting gift.
