Brilliant tasty oil , I have a new food favourite now , mozzarella cheese , good quality tomatoes and this beautiful olive oil and some hot bread to mop up the left over oil . This is my 3rd bottle .

I've been using this olive oil for quite a long while now, and even though it's quite expensive I wouldn't dream of going back to the average supermarket product. Has genuine taste and quality that most of the others lack.

Great flavour ideal for salad

This is the second time of ordering this product and so far I am completely satisfied with it.🌹🌹🌹 I wish I could say the same about Amazon’s delivery service. Although there was an upgrade from my other expected parcel (Which didn’t arrive at all as it apparently was left outside, for any passer by to steal, and in spite of the fact I was at home. No bell rang.) This at least was delivered to my flat door, but again no bell rang and the delivery man had the cheek to say it was handed to a receptionist in his report. This is very upsetting as I have multiple medical issues .

J’aime beaucoup cette huile, le goût y est doux et subtil.

Ich habe vor kurzem das Olivenöl von Le Terre di Colombo ausprobiert, weil ich Wert auf hochwertige und biologische Zutaten lege, besonders beim Kochen. Mein erster Eindruck war schon mal positiv: Die Flasche sieht richtig edel aus und der mechanische Verschluss ist nicht nur hübsch, sondern auch praktisch, um das Öl gut zu lagern. Geschmacklich hat mich dieses Produkt total überzeugt. Es ist sehr mild, gleichzeitig aber angenehm fruchtig und hat eine leichte, natürliche Bitternote, wie ich sie von guten Olivenölen aus Italien kenne. Ich habe es zuerst einfach über einen Tomatensalat gegeben, um den Eigengeschmack zu testen – und war begeistert. Auch beim Anbraten von Gemüse oder als Finish über Pasta kommt das Aroma super zur Geltung. Was mir besonders gefällt, ist die Tatsache, dass es bio ist. Ich verwende Olivenöl fast täglich und finde es wichtig, dass keine Pestizide drin sind. Die Qualität merkt man definitiv. Man braucht nicht viel, um den gewünschten Geschmack zu erzielen – das spricht für die Intensität. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist vielleicht der Preis, das Öl ist etwas teurer als die Standardprodukte aus dem Supermarkt. Für mich lohnt sich das aber, weil ich weiß, was ich bekomme. Die Flasche mit dem gerippten Glas und dem Verschluss ist zudem ein echter Hingucker auf dem Tisch, was bei Gästen immer gut ankommt. Die Menge von 0,75 l finde ich für den Hausgebrauch auch ideal. Sie reicht eine Weile, ohne dass das Öl alt wird, und lässt sich gut dosieren. Der Verschluss hält dicht und verhindert, dass es rumsaut, was ich bei anderen Flaschen schon erlebt habe. Insgesamt bin ich wirklich zufrieden. Wer auf gutes Olivenöl steht und Wert auf Bio-Qualität legt, sollte das von Le Terre di Colombo mal ausprobieren. Ich gebe gerne 5 Sterne, weil Geschmack, Verpackung und Qualität einfach stimmen. Ein kleiner Luxus im Alltag, den ich mir gerne gönne.

Excellent goût de l'huile d'olive, goût qui nous rappelle le passé, goût qui a progressivement disparu du commerce quotidien actuel.
