I recommend Stickyholsters.com. I believe the company was founded by former Special Ops members. Inexpensive, but very durable and concealable holsters. The MD-4 Modified fits a Glock 43 with the TLR-6 very well.

I suspect it is reasonably waterproof. You coulld probably go shooting with it in the rain and it would be fine. But I wouldn't want to gu scuba diving with it and expect it to still work. I haven't had it long, but I really like it.
