After 11 months I am consistently met with rust spots on the handles and now one handle has a rattle. Comments please!

mine are also 11 months old but I make sure I wash then dry them immediately. I had another brand that rusted when left to dry so I no longer do that and mine are fine. Not sure about why the handle has a rattle but it must be something loose inside. Sorry, I do not know about the warranty but maybe contact the mfr by email. Ciao
