As ordered. Good service.
These aren’t readily available so refurbished units were the only option. The unit arrived promptly, but there was a problem with the controller. Dan sent out a replacement right away and Christmas was saved. My son has been playing it non-stop ever since, revisiting all our old Wii games.

Complete was of time! The Wii U was advertised as refurbished and in great condition but did not even turn on… If you’re looking to purchase a Wii U I highly recommend purchasing one from Gamestop’s website, I purchased one from them for half the price I paid for this one and the one I purchased from Gamestop actually turned on and has been working great!

Disappointed
I received it almost a week after ordering it and the Mario kart game was supposed to be installed without a physical disc but wasn't and the disk that came with it didn't work, the game pad has one button that doesn't work, the sensor bar has a cut in the wire , doesn't work. I had hoped after contacting the seller they would possibly want to fix the issues without hesitation but instead simply replied " sorry to hear, a return label is attached."The return label was a prompt day shipping! $400+ for a lousy excuse of a refurbished game system, I'll be returning my purchase.
