Can i put this on my guitar?

yes it finishes well try it on a sample piece of wood first the same as your guitar, before doing it on the guitar. So you can get a good idea of its look. roll it around in your fingers the piece of filler as to warm it up before putting it in the chip or crack. First sand around the area first with like 180 grit first to give it an area to grip on to. Good luck.

Can it be used as longterm filler for gaps in old plank floors?

To a degree. Very little shrinkage, but i would not fill anything over say 3/16". And if it is deep you will want to use backer rod. I used it for filling on new plank floor, words great.

Why is this color 2 or 3 dollars more than the others?

Can`t say for sure but I would say because of the cost of the pigments used to make certain colors are more costly and availability may be a factor. paints are the same way.. one color can be twice or 3 times the cost of another...
