One end cap was missing but I was only given a choice of keeping it or returning it. It didn't make sense to return it when all they had to do was to send the cap.

Good and straight. Still holding up 2 years later

the first one that was delivered was bent and had a kink in one part of it , also looks like its just been thrown around. it had scratches and black barks all over it. i returned it and the second one is still bent and end caps are ate up. i was originally going to buy the 8ft , but after seeing how the 6ft is , i can only imagine it would be worse.

I asked for a missing part to be replaced. I sent Bon a message. I thought I'd have to wait at least a week to hear back from them. Today I check my mail after sending Bon a message 1 day ago. I could not believe my eyes. Bon had First classed by mail my missing part. Bon Tool is amazing and I will always remember them and will be ordering again soon from them. God Bless Bon Tool...

Pretty much exactly what you expect other than the fact that the picture shows blue and caps and this one came with no end caps at all

The scree bar is okay, reasonably flat and straight. Unfortunately, like many reviews, the end caps are missing and does not meet my specs. I assumed that the manufacture QC would have improved after so many reviews identified the issue.

I bought the bon to straighten out some walls and it worked perfectly. Very lightweight and affordable

Needed this asap but arrived missing end caps. Should have known based on other reviews. Amazon of course quick to send a replacement but also sent without end caps. Without end caps concrete fills the screed inside. I guess I could tape the ends but that would leave marks my finished concrete. Or I could fill the ends with epoxy perhaps.....sure.....better to call manufacturer directly....so today I contacted Bon Tool. They pledged to send two end caps for this model. Love Amazon except when this happens. Shame shame.

Worked great for me - the end cap did fall off, but it could easily be glued or tacked in place. Mine was straight and flat.. exactly what I wanted to help level some limestone screening for paver stones.

The aluminum screed bar was missing an end cap. Other than that the screening bar was great. Product quality control needs some attention.

Product is as described, except the aluminum beam is pretty beat up and came with no plastic caps.

End caps are missing and came bent on one end. Would nit spend 85 on this again.
