What size are the capsules in the aged garlic extract by kyolic? can't swallow large capsules.

Slightly less than an inch long and a little over 1/4 inch in diameter. (I take 2 a day, my late 93 year old mother used to take 4 per day. Best garlic capsule you can get--600 mg.)

Each capsule has 600mg. of aged Garlic. The bottle says serving size 1 capsule take twice daily with a meal.

Whats the difference between this and the original formula 100 (green bottle)? why is this extra strength reserve, its the same, no?

This Extra Strength Reserve is a slightly larger capsule with 600mg per capsule. Dosage is taking one capsule with a meal twice a day. The plain Cardiovascular is 300 mg per capsule. Dosage is taking TWO capsules with a meal twice daily. So you end up with the same amount.
