Bland
The “caviar” was pretty bland and tasteless. I guess I got what I paid for, but I won’t purchase it again.

Really really bad
This is disgusting. Prime shopper , you can do better! (You always do)This jar was leaking inside the package from the lid. The product looked like mush and was the wrong color. Will toss, because it’s not worth the hassle of trying to return a WF prime item.

Inconsistent quality
Inconsistent quality!First time I bought it, it was really good. The second time I was unlucky to get not a good quality caviar but rather a fishy cloudy-looking substance. Had to throw away. I wish I could return it.

Whitefish caviar
I just bought this from whole foods and to my great disappointment it tastes terribly fishy. I have to say that this is the first time I've tried whitefish caviar and I am used to tobeko, so I don't know if it's supposed to be fishy. Tobiko has a clean and fresh flavor and this whitefish caviar has a slimy and fishy taste. It is crunchy like tobiko though but some of the whitefish granules were hard and didn't easily pop in my mouth. I'm returning all three I bought.

Bland.
Bought at Whole Foods. Fine grain and crunch, but bland taste. Now I know why the price is so inexpensive. I'll spend more next time and buy the other tasty varieties that I bought from Whole Foods.

Taste horrible
This had a horrible taste! I threw it away. Was a substitute for what I ordered. I'll shop at a store next time.
