Yes, it says on the box that each cracker contains a snap, joke, party hat, and a surprise gift. I believe that any crackers that do not snap are advertised as no-snap crackers.

How many crackers are in the package?

There are 10 crackers in the package.

do these "pop" or "snap" when pulled open? I am not interested in "no-snap."

I have not used them yet, but the box says that each cracker contains a snap, in addition to the other items inside.
