I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, and it's easily one of the best phone holders I've bought. The suction cup is seriously strong and hasn't fallen off the windscreen, even on bumpy roads or in the recent heat. It grips my phone securely without blocking the buttons, and it's really easy to adjust thanks to the rotating arm. I also like that it comes with different mounting options, so I could try it on the dashboard and vent too. It feels well-made and is definitely good value for the money.

Great product, suction sticks to windscreen securely, sturdy material, holds phone well & extremely secure. Very easy to put into the car, nice & neat. Can fit numerous phones so can share it if needed. Very good value for money.

Updated review: This is a well made and sturdy product but just might not suit every vehicle. Wouldn’t stick to my dashboard. Didn’t fit my ventilation vents, however I cannot fault the customer service who refunded me when I registered my disappointment. I should imagine that it may be fine for many vehicles but the fact that they are keen to sort it out if there’s a problem makes the product worth trying. I’m giving this 4 stars because of the quality of the product itself, combined with the excellent customer service.

Bought a number of these types of products before, each one failing to grip the phone or grip to the window, however, the VANMASS Top Car Phone Holder I've found to be excellent, doing exactly what it is designed to do. Its really does grip your phone and stick to the car without falling off. It is small enough so it doesn't take up too much room in the car and was really easy to install. When installed, I've found it is easy to move around to the height appropriate to what I am looking for. Would 100% recommend!

The VANMASS car phone holder is a solid, well constructed gadget in the car. It's suction cup works really well, and the quick release of the phone works well. Movability is good while still sturdy. The customer service is fantastic, and striving to reach a quick resolution to a problem. The holder comes with a 3 year warranty.

Overall, I think this is a good product. The suction cup provides a strong grip, and the overall build quality is quite good. However, I previously had an issue with the connection point between the phone holder and the main body. As shown in my original photos, the four small teeth inside the tightening mechanism broke, which made the entire holder unusable. After I posted my review, the manufacturer contacted me directly. They explained that the problem may have been caused by their supplier using incorrect materials during production. While I cannot independently verify the cause, I appreciated that they took the issue seriously and offered to send replacements. They subsequently sent me **two brand-new, complete phone holders**, rather than just replacement parts, for the one product that failed. I think this deserves to be acknowledged, as sending two new products in response to a problem with a single product is a very fair gesture. I appreciate their effort to resolve the issue and make up for the inconvenience. The two new holders appear to have a similar connection mechanism to my original one, so at this stage I cannot say whether the underlying durability issue has been fully resolved. I will need to use them for some time before I can judge whether the new units are more durable. I am therefore updating my review to reflect both my original experience with the product and the manufacturer's response. I am pleased with how they handled my complaint, and I hope the new holders prove to be more durable in the long term.

Fitted to a 2006 Vauxhall (Opel) Corsa we use as a fleet car for temporary use which of course doesn't have a navi / infotainment screen, and is used by a variety of drivers when their normal car is out of action, so it will be used with multiple mobile phones. Fits well on windscreen with a very strong suction cup and has an easy to use adjustable arm and mobile phone holder which should work with many different sized mobiles. For added versatility there is also a mount for the airco vent (I haven't used that yet as it would be too low down in this car, but it could be handy for others)

Material selection and finish are top. Suction Cup not yet tested. The cup still looks a lot more professional than even RAM suction cups. Do not use the Air Vent Holder with heavier handy like GPS phones. Will cause damage to the vent wing adjustment system.
