It would have been easier to install if there had been some guidelines regarding screw hole spacing
Other than the screw hole spacing, I really like these latches. The spring tension works well and once I tested the screw spacing, easy to install and they work very well and look good!Test using scrap wood to determine the optimal distance between the 2 pieces of the latch before final installation.

Work very well, but the lack of adjustability makes them tricky in some scenarios
I purchased these because they're very small and look good for what I needed, and they do the job. My only complaint is that the tension can't be adjusted, which means you have to get the mounting EXACTLY right. Which, of course, isn't really an issue, it just means you have to be careful, but it's a feature on many other clasps that these are missing.Other than that, I'm happy with them.

No latches included
These do not include the latch so the buckle has nothing to 'catch' on. The springs are also *extremely* stiff- I honestly don't see how these could work without the latch part.

Several screws broke off and they’re a pain to mount
Avoid these ones, mostly because the screws are very soft and break easily. Even with pre drilling, I had 3 screw head break off, leaving the rest of the screw inside the wood. At the end of a smooth projects, a screw lodged in your piece is a massive pain. Also, no template or anything to install, which makes it a pain to align

Not what I expected
I bought these to hold corm hole boards together. They actually worked but they were a pain to install them. The screws are really small and not easy to manage if you have “normal” human size hands.. they are too small... Lol

Bought these for my son that was making a small cabinet. He said the installation was easy and that this product was a good value

Very handy for custom made box
These inexpensive clips were great for holding the top down on my homebuilt storage box.
